Yeniden paketleme tesisi

The repacking system is designed for unloading glass bottles from pallets with full modular crates, repacking them into 4-bottle 'open basket' carrier cartons, and subsequently repacking these into Pinolen crates with palletizing. The system comprises the following individual machines:

1. Depalletizing full modular crates / Repalletizing empty modular crates: Here, pallets loaded with full modular crates are fed in and destacked, while empty crates are stacked and discharged.

2. Repacking machine: Here, 20-bottle modular crates are unpacked, 4-bottle carrier cartons are unfolded, and bottles are inserted/packed.

3. Carton packer into Pinolen crates and palletizing: Here, the 4-bottle carrier cartons are packed into Pinolen crates, stacked on pallets, and conveyed out of the system.

Machine (additional): Repacking of full pallets with modular crates into pallets with Pinolen crates

Output approx.: 200 crates/h

Formats: bottle crate (400 x 300 mm) on Euro pallet (1200 x 800 mm)

Layer configuration: 2x2 bottles/carton, 2x4 crates, 5 layers/pallet

Conveying direction: right → left

Operation / Control: local control device / Siemens PLC

Installation / Position: free-standing

Base structure: square tube construction, bolted to the floor
