MACHINE EFD 3000

The EFD machine we are offering has a capacity of 2000 mm, but once the MF and HF adaptation boxes are installed, this travel is limited to approximately 1700 mm. It is equipped with a Siemens 840 D CNC, 3 numerical axes (Z, Y 200 mm, C), a double spindle with double tailstock operated by separate controls, 1 MF adaptation box, and 1 HF adaptation box.

For the machine, the height is 4400 mm, the maximum workpiece weight on the main spindle is 600 kg. The maximum weight per workpiece on the double spindle is 50 kg.

The converter is a transistor type, with a power rating of 300 kW, and equipped with three frequency ranges: 100 kHz at a power of 200 kW, 3 kHz, and 10 kHz at a power of 300 kW.

Parameter control will be integrated into the Siemens 840 D CNC, and will monitor: voltage, current, power, MF or HF frequency, quench shower flow via analog flowmeter, quench water temperature via PT 100 sensor, and a color printer is included. I have also provided for the serial connection option, which avoids having to write the part program twice, once on the CNC and once on the RTM 100.
