Remarks:
The machine has been serviced and partially overhauled in our workshop. The following work has been carried out and parts replaced:

• Hydraulic oil tank drained and cleaned
• Oil and air filters replaced
• New hydraulic oil filled
• All hydraulic hoses replaced
• Dismantling of press ram, disassembling into individual parts, overhauling mechanism
• Replacement of the front two main running rollers
• Replacement of knives on the press ram
• Main hydraulic cylinder dismantled, disassembled, cylinder tube and piston rod checked, complete set of seals replaced
• Counter knife in frame replaced
• Knife gap set to approx. 3 mm
• Upper steel guide rails in left and right frame replaced
• Removal of worn baler floor, replacement of base plate with wear-resistant HARDOX steel
• Dismantling of tying and twisting unit, disassembling into individual parts, overhauling mechanism, replacement of all twister shafts and ball bearings
• Replacement of all wire rollers in needle heads
• Wire knives cleaned and readjusted, chains lubricated and tensioned
• All wire return rollers overhauled
• All door contact switches replaced
• Vibulator dismantled, disassembled and overhauled
• General maintenance performed

Finally, the baler was function-tested in both manual and automatic modes; see video for function test of the machine.
