Crane capacity: 16,000 kg, 360° slewing radius. The Magirus-Deutz Uranus was a truck model produced by the German commercial vehicle manufacturer Magirus-Deutz in Ulm. With 250 hp from an air-cooled V12 engine by Klöckner-Humboldt-Deutz, the Uranus was the most powerful truck produced in Germany at its time. The heavy, three-axle vehicle was introduced to the market in 1954 as the A12000 Uranus and served as a chassis for fire-fighting and military crane trucks, as well as for heavy-duty tractor units. Additionally, there were versions as a semi-trailer tractor and a dump truck, primarily for export.

This vehicle is a superb collector’s item, with an interior in exceptionally well-preserved original condition, which can be attributed in part to its very low mileage. The original spare parts list, as well as the operating manual and user instructions, are included. The vehicle underwent restoration costing approximately €150,000!
