Warranty basis: Due to wear and tear on used parts, the items are generally sold as defective—intended as parts donors to business customers only. By placing a bid, the buyer accepts this as the basis of the purchase contract.

For used items, the warranty period is 12 months, provided the buyer is a consumer according to §13 BGB (German Civil Code). If the buyer is a business as defined in §14 BGB, any warranty is excluded.

For new items, the warranty period is 24 months for consumers (§13 BGB) and 12 months for businesses (§14 BGB).
