Marty 881.000

The Marty 881 is essentially a 2-component metering and mixing unit for reactive resins (e.g. polyurethane). It keeps the two components (typically polyol and isocyanate) available in separate circuits, conditions them (e.g. temperature control/degassing depending on configuration), and meters them using measuring/dosing pumps in the preset mixing ratio. Subsequently, the components are brought together in the mixing head and dispensed as a precisely defined quantity into a mold/tool or into a process (e.g. vacuum casting/impregnation). The 881 is particularly used for smaller batch quantities; as a guideline, very small minimum quantities and delivery ranges up to approximately 1 kg/min are specified.
