Short FDS

• Controlled by Siemens S7 PLC via Mitsubishi Beijer HMI
• Jar feed via continuous stainless steel hinge conveyor
• Jars are program-controlled, indexed for infeed and outfeed by pneumatic gates.
• Jars are filled by positive pressure from a 50-liter holding tank (can be easily adjusted to a constant positive pressure in the distribution system using a modulating pump)
• Volume control via Nixon BNO turbine flow meter with communication to Siemens high-speed counter.
• Liquid is dispensed with Rise into the jar or above the jar during filling cycle.
• Full SIP, CIP, and rinsing program capability available
