Brief Technical Data Sheet (TDS):

• Controlled by Siemens S7 PLC via Mitsubishi Beijer HMI
• Jars are fed on a continuous stainless steel rail conveyor
• Jars are programmatically indexed in both infeed and outfeed with pneumatic gates
• Jars are filled under positive pressure within a 50L capacity hopper (can be easily adapted to constant positive pressure on the manifold with a modulated pump)
• Volume control via Nixon BNO turbine flow meter with communication to Siemens high-speed counter
• Product is filled into the jar with rising fill or above the jar during fill time
• Full SIP (Sterilization in Place), CIP (Cleaning in Place), and rinse programmable functions available

• Capper with rotary starwheel
• Seals square and round jars/bottles (spare parts included)
• Jar enters, PEC sensor triggers starwheel to turn 90° under the capping head
• Capping head lowers onto the neck and retracts
• Jar/bottle clamp actuated by adjustable cam via 5/2 valve
• Starwheel rotates 90° to the discharge conveyor
• Existing capping head removable for 40mm cap (no alternative head)
• All systems operate via cams and relays, no PLC
• Motor runs continuously for capping (clutch set, variable speed gearbox)
• Cam motor uses frequency inverter. Safety guards with lockable access hatch
