Ideal for picture frames and mouldings with rebate, the Morsö H cuts double mitres of 45° and single mitres up to 90°.
For joinery applications, the machine is also suitable for cutting tenons, notches, housed mitres, etc.
The Morsö H operates with knives in a drawing (non-rotating) action.
It operates without producing dust.
Waste is efficiently removed from the machine via a chute.
The Morsö H is operated via a foot pedal and requires only a compressor.
The Morsö H guarantees a perfectly smooth and precise cut, ensuring the moulding sections can be joined directly without further processing.
The horizontal movement of the knife head is adjustable in steps.
The vertical movement can be adjusted continuously using a stepless clamp.
The Morsö H works on the same simple principle as the MORSØ-F, but is pneumatic.
Delivered with two-hand control operation.
The pneumatic cylinder replaces the function of the foot pedal, drawing the knives through the moulding with ease.
