We have a Mueller Apparatebau 8300 inserter system available here. The unit was completely refurbished in 2021 and sold directly by Mueller Apparatebau!

This machine is equipped with a high-speed single sheet channel featuring vacuum feed, five insert feeders (two with selective control), and a conveyor belt. Various configurations can still be modified according to your specific requirements and needs.

The multiformat insert system Müller MK8300 stands for high-quality and secure envelope insertion of confidential documents, as well as for processing different envelope formats. Thanks to easy and rapid job changeovers during format switches and ultimate flexibility due to its modular design, the Müller MK8300 perfectly adapts to increasingly complex applications.

The unique flexibility is especially provided by Müller’s multi-channel system, freely configurable from 2 to 15 stations. As a result, multi-channel applications with reading and enclosures in any sequence can be produced. Whether single sheet or continuous forms, with or without reading, folded enclosures or pre-folded – almost anything is possible.

Almost all transactional applications, from personalized large and small print runs to direct mail applications, can be handled by the Müller MK8300. The intuitive Müller software provides the requisite security and ensures seamless traceability throughout the entire production process.
