Upper Pressure Bar
Aluminium pressure bar provides excellent rigidity and extended service life.
The compactly arranged rubber rollers press the workpieces to ensure transportation without shifting.

Panel Conveyor
The long, heat-treated semicircular guide rail ensures perfect contact with the conveyor, with no play.
The conveyor is fixed to the machine body for stability of wide parts, with a maximum extension width of 600 mm.

Narrow Parts Package
Infeed package for narrow parts, ensuring the narrow edge is at least 40 mm wide.

Pre-milling Unit
Pre-milling with 2 diamond cutters, 43 mm height.
Two pneumatically controlled motors (2 x 3.7 kW), intermittent milling of the panel edge.

Panel Preheating Unit x2
Heats the edge of the piece so the adhesive melts properly; ideal for humid or cold areas.
An infrared lamp with an operating temperature of 300°C heats the piece end for improved bonding.

Edgeband Magazine Support x2
Large support at suitable height for easy feeding and long service life.

Edgeband Cutting Unit x2
Pneumatically operated guillotine with electric switch for precise end trimming of the band.

Premelting Glue Application Unit x2
System includes a top reservoir for optimal volume and a small lower pot to keep the adhesive fresh.

Automatic Glue Pumping + 25kg Tank
Glue is automatically pumped to the upper tank when level drops below the sensor.

Edgeband Cutting Unit
Pneumatically operated guillotine with electric switch for precise end trimming of the band.

Lubrication System

One set is pneumatically retracted when changing edgeband thickness, adjustment time is virtually zero.

Corner Rounding Unit
Designed for rounding the edge band on the ends and longitudinally, achieving a rounded R radius.

2 Sets of Scraping Units with Pneumatic Movement
Two sets with different radius knives (one set R1.5, the other R1).

Extraction System
Each unit has its own extraction port (125 mm), total of 6 ports.

Flush Glue Scraping Unit
Removes edge band residues, followed by straight scraping to remove adhesive excess from the upper and lower surfaces.
