Very compact, hydraulic, three-platen clamping unit with encapsulated lubrication system, ensuring an oil-free environment in the mould area.
High-precision, wear-resistant linear guides guarantee maximum mould longevity and optimal machine availability.
Hybrid technology injection unit offers a modular design and a flexible performance package (metering, clamping, injection), adaptable to specific applications.
Maximum plasticising performance and optimal melt quality are ensured by selecting process-appropriate components.
Servo-electric metering drive and state-of-the-art valve technology ensure energy-efficient operation.
