Semi-automatic Bagging Machine with 5 m³ Hopper – Bags 1-50 kg / Big Bag 1500 kg

Industrial semi-automatic bagging station with a high-capacity hopper and dual weighing system, designed for dosing and packaging bulk materials into standard sacks and Big Bags.

This machine is particularly suitable for agricultural plants, fertilizers, feed, chemicals, minerals, pellets, granules, and powders. Thanks to the two independent weighing scales, it is possible to simultaneously fill both small bags and Big Bags, significantly improving the productivity of the packaging line.

The product is extracted from the wide-mouth 5 m³ hopper via two independent belt conveyors with gearmotors, featuring continuously adjustable feed rate to ensure accuracy and control during dosing.

The robust structure is designed for industrial use and is equipped with side and rear forklift attachments, enabling quick and easy handling within the facility.
