Automatic gluing machine with 4 rollers for polyvinyl acetate (PVAc), urea-formaldehyde (UF) and polyurethane adhesives, suitable for various materials such as MDF, multi-layer panels, particleboard, composite materials, and gypsum plasterboard.

This type of glue application machine allows for precise and homogeneous dosage of adhesives, taking into account the grooving of the rollers which must match the production requirements. The heavy-duty frame and roller cores, manufactured with increased wall thickness compared to previous models, guarantee a high production rate without any particular problems and enable bonding of materials up to 2,200 mm width. Roller removal for maintenance is straightforward thanks to the supports, which can be split in half via a simple bayonet coupling.

The gluing machine can also be equipped with various accessories, such as an electronic speed controller, automatic roller cleaning system, and automatic upper roller lift with position display on the panel.

The S4R/P glue spreader is suitable for various manufacturing processes, including construction, and in the production of foam boards and mattresses.
