The machine is equipped with:
- RMV-40 - Automatic edge band magazine for edge thickness 0.4–3 mm, trimming shears with roller and optical sensor, cuts edge length on the workpiece (edge saving).
- Automatic edge magazine with optical monitoring of single-piece edges in fixed lengths.
- Combi Melt – gluing zone for EVA and PUR hot-melt adhesives, as well as for all standard cleaning granulates.

Machine control:
- Via 15'' color touchscreen monitor, with an unlimited number of work programs that can be stored sequentially; all pre-settings for machining units as well as working parameters for the combimelt gluing system for full automation and maximum operator comfort.
- Electronically controlled – positioning points with high accuracy +/- 1 mm.
- Via Beckhoff industrial PC it is possible to adjust some units during machine loading.

Working units:
- F – Pre-milling unit:
For pre-milling of workpieces before glue application.
2 HF motors 1.5 kW, clockwise & counterclockwise, automatically controlled.
- Kc – Double end trimming unit:
With 2 high-frequency motors 0.3 kW, 12,000 rpm.
- Bfc – Rough milling unit:
For heavy-duty milling of solid wood edges and for pre-machining of radius rounding.
- Hft – Fine milling unit – radius:
With 2 high-frequency motors 0.3 kW, 12,000 rpm, dual-sided, automatically adjustable.
- AKF – Automated copying router as a universal milling unit:
With two independent spindles for top or bottom as well as longitudinal and corner processing. Automatic switching from bevel for thin edges up to 1 mm to radius processing.
- ZKc – Scraper unit R2:
Double-sided machining, automatic control, for rounding removal.
- FZK – Surface scraper for removing edge and glue residue.

- GE – Second operation for guiding workpieces (can be folded away or moved closer to the machine).
- GS – Spraying of glide fluid on the edge.
- RS Set – with 4-fold chemical spray and cleaning unit.
- ZKc – Scraper unit R1.
- WE – Angular stop – for precise workpiece guidance into the edgebander.

Well-functioning machine in excellent condition with regular service – OTT (Asamer s.r.o.).

The machine is currently fully operational in production, test runs possible – we are gluing PUR. Available for removal at the end of 2025.
