PAAL Licon 250 SC Channel Baler

Built for baling non-ferrous scrap, used for the past 12 years in a packaging plant. It processed 700-800 tons of cardboard per month.

- Dual high-efficiency cooling system, designed for continuous 24h operation in a heated facility.

The floor has been refurbished. Currently fitted with a 6-month-old main ram/cylinder. Cutting knives for excess material have been replaced and modified for faster and more efficient operation. In 2025, hydraulic oil and control valves were serviced, all ram/main plate rollers replaced. The pressure cylinder has been overhauled. Includes a large inventory of spare parts.

The machine is equipped with upgraded electronics and control system from 2018 and is fully operational, ready for immediate use. Operated via touchscreen display.

A detailed photographic documentation of the machine's disassembly is available. The complete Polish DTR (technical documentation) and electrical diagrams are included. Testing on site is possible.

Additionally available with the machine:
- Roller bale discharge system, including conveyors, tipper, bale scale, and bale storage as shown in the photos,
Or optionally:
- Bin tipper/lift for emptying 1100l or 660l bins
- PAAL KES1750 chain channel conveyor: width 1750 mm, horizontal length 8 m, inclined length 8 m.
