RO27987796, registration no. 2A0522, through the insolvency practitioner Godorogea Daniel-Lucian, acting as judicial liquidator of ELEMENTO MOBILI S.R.L. - in bankruptcy, with its registered office in Dej, str. Dumbrava Roșie, no. 6, ground floor, ap. 1, Cluj county, registered with the Trade Registry attached to the Cluj Tribunal under no. J12/2389/2016, unique identification code 36225390, appointed as such by Civil Ruling no. 1278 dated 03.07.2025 pronounced by the Cluj Specialized Tribunal in case no. 442/1285/2025,

organizes a public auction with ascending bids for the sale of the asset identified in this announcement. The first auction will take place on 08.04.2026 at 15:00, at the DDG Insolvency I.P.U.R.L. headquarters in Cluj-Napoca, str. Septimiu Albini, no. 115, Cluj county. If not awarded, the auction will be repeated on 15.04.2026, 22.04.2026, 29.04.2026, 06.05.2026, 13.05.2026 under the same terms and at the same time.

For viewing the assets, the judicial liquidator will designate a viewing day on 06.04.2026 between 09:00 and 12:00. Interested parties are invited to contact the judicial liquidator at 0763 478 619 and express their intention to participate prior to the established date.

During the auction process, the judicial liquidator may organize additional viewing days, which will be communicated to interested parties.

Upon adjudication, the judicial liquidator will issue an invoice for the value of the awarded goods. The conversion of the price into RON will be carried out at the date of invoicing, using the exchange rate set by the National Bank of Romania on that date.
The bidding increment is 5% of the starting price.

The auction specification booklet (Terms of Reference) for participating in the auction will be prepared by the judicial liquidator in accordance with applicable practices, will contain the auction participation rules, and will be provided by the insolvency practitioner at the price of 500 lei + VAT. It may be purchased from the liquidator’s office or by phone and subsequently sent to the participant via e-mail.
The participation guarantee will amount to 10% of the starting price. This, together with the registration documentation, must be submitted at least 24 hours before the auction date at the judicial liquidator’s office. The participation guarantee will be deducted from the price for which the participant is declared the winning bidder and will be returned to those who are not declared winners.

In the event of an equal bid, the successful bidder will be the person undertaking to pay the entire price in the shortest term.

The payment term is 5 working days from the adjudication. If the remainder is not paid, the successful bidder will lose the paid deposit (as guarantee) and will not be allowed to participate in future auctions organized in the case.
