C11 MKL Cross-Cut Optimization Line, offered by Wood Expert Industry, represents a modern technological solution specifically designed for industrial wood processing and workflow optimization in woodworking facilities. All components of the processing line are manufactured by Paul Germany, fully overhauled in July 2025 with zero operating hours.
Components of the Paul C11 MKL Lumber Optimizing Line
- Inclined Conveyor Belt 9.0 m/230 mm
Ideal for automatic and efficient handling of wooden workpieces towards the processing area, equipped with guided belt and robust clamping parts to ensure transport stability.
- Measuring Station with Luminescent Scanner and Photocell
Allows precise identification of the start and end of each processed piece, with dedicated lower rollers for high-accuracy measurements.
- Pressure Roller Unit
Ensures correct alignment and pressing of workpieces ranging from 250 to 4200 mm, with manual adjustment for material thickness.
- Reinforced Marking Rails, Left and Right
Facilitates automatic pre-marking of cutting positions for enhanced efficiency and accuracy during subsequent processing.
- C11 MKL Optimizing Cross-Cut CNC Station
Features a robust welded steel frame, 500 mm TCT blade, 5.5 kW servo-driven motor, variable speed, advanced infeed with lower/upper rollers for precision guidance. Electric adjustment of the upper rollers allows automatic adaptation to wood thickness. The system incorporates automatic waste removal, extraction ports, CE-compliant safety, and advanced cutting quality options (132-tooth conical saw blade).
- Extraction System
Includes an 11.5 m/230 mm conveyor belt and an ascending waste conveyor (3.0 m/500 mm, with collection hopper), optimizing material flow and waste removal.
- Length Sorting System
Features pneumatic ejectors and basic sorting equipment, facilitating automatic organization and unloading of workpieces to two outfeed positions, thus increasing productivity.
- Maxi8 Premium Operator Terminal and Optimization Software
17” touch-screen terminal, dust-protected, remote diagnostics, Linux-based, with dedicated optimization software (up to 60 cutting lists, 9 quality grades, 400 preset lengths per list), advanced statistics, network integration-ready, and USB data import/export options.
- Control and Automation Equipment
Standardized electrical cabinets, control panels, full installation and wiring with high-quality components for intensive use.
