LINEA BOX WRAPPER 24 by Peroni Ruggero is a modern, automatic rigid box wrapping line. This solution is designed for premium packaging manufacturers who require precision, repeatability, and rapid order fulfillment with minimal changeover time.

The machine enables the production of a wide range of boxes in various sizes, maintaining excellent wrapping quality even for demanding projects. The automatic paper feeder and advanced glue application system with viscosity control ensure a stable and reliable process.

The operator places the box onto the paper sheet, and the mechanical centering system—supported by sensors and drives—precisely positions the elements for further processing. Materials are then automatically transported to the wrapping module, where the process is fully automated. Finished products are picked up by the Pick & Place system and transferred to the outfeed section.

An additional advantage is the quick changeover system, minimizing production downtime. Box-specific molds can be made of wood and mounted in just a few minutes.

The machine has been used only occasionally, so it is in excellent technical and visual condition, ready for immediate deployment.
