The assembly system is a production line consisting of a total of three modules, which are interconnected by conveyor belts. In the first section, the individual consumable materials are fed in via rollers, folded, the nose clip is integrated, welded, and then cut to the correct length. The finished, cut masks are transported via an indexing conveyor and transfer belts to the next modules, which are arranged in parallel. In these modules, the ear loops are fed in and ultrasonically welded to the mask bodies.

The line is suitable for the production of surgical and general medical masks made from 1 or 3-layer PP nonwoven fabric.

The basic structure of each cell consists of an aluminum profile frame system with swing doors made of polycarbonate (Makrolon). For the necessary stability of individual processes, the stations are mounted on a solid aluminum base plate. The control cabinets are integrated into the main frame. The line is equipped, among other things, with 3 ultrasonic welding machines, a Siemens PLC control system, and pneumatic components from Festo.

The machine is currently not in use and was regularly maintained during its operating period.
Currently, the machine is in a disassembled state and the individual modules are stored protected from dust.

Upon request, we can also sell our remaining stock of raw materials for mask production along with the line.
