The machine has been partially overhauled and serviced in our workshop and, after completion, tested in operation in both manual and automatic modes.

The following overhaul work was carried out:
- Machine cleaned, partially derusted and partially repainted
- Hydraulic oil tank completely emptied and cleaned
- Oil and air filters replaced, new hydraulic oil filled
- Press ram disassembled and cleaned
- All four running rollers of the press ram disassembled and replaced
- Wire station with deflection rollers for the lower wire cleaned and freed up
- Side guides of the press ram removed, smoothed, reassembled and readjusted
- Main hydraulic cylinder disassembled and inspected
- Piston rod replaced, cylinder tube honed
- Complete set of seals replaced, pressure test performed
- Hydraulic hose for the main hydraulic cylinder replaced
- Vertical and horizontal tying needle systems disassembled, cleaned, deflection rollers for the wire freed up and serviced
- Chain cleaned, lubricated, tension readjusted
- Drillomat cleaned, wire cutter, twister shafts and twister fingers checked, retightened with torque wrench and serviced
- Door contact switches checked and partially replaced
- Emergency stop switches tested
- Complete electrical wiring checked and partially renewed
- Bearings for the wire guiding rollers under the baler replaced
- New safety guards for both vertical and horizontal tying systems fabricated and installed
- Machine checked, general maintenance carried out, and tested in both manual and automatic modes

Scope of delivery:
Only the baler itself is for sale.
