The system operates according to the acid-chlorite process in batch mode and produces a stably buffered chlorine dioxide solution with high concentration accuracy. The reaction of sodium chlorite and hydrochloric acid takes place in a closed reaction unit, which means there are no gaseous chlorine dioxide emissions and a high safety standard is ensured. The production capacity is 6 grams per hour, making the system ideal for applications with medium disinfection requirements.
