The REA JET HR printer is the most innovative high-resolution marking system for industrial applications. It utilizes Thermal-Ink-Jet (TIJ) technology, used in millions of office printers. For the first time, truly maintenance-free printing is available for your company.

The printer has no filters, requires no regular servicing, and is virtually maintenance-free – only ink is used. Operating and maintenance costs are many times lower than with standard Ink Jet printers.

Unlimited industrial applications, robust stainless steel housing, IP65 protection rating, and a well-designed printhead construction.

Intuitive operation thanks to a dial with a push-button function as the central control element.

It is ideal for marking and printing on cartons, cardboard, group packaging, wood, and paper. Particularly recommended as a 'clean' printing technology for the food and pharmaceutical industries.

REA JET HR cartridge printer prints 2D codes, DataMatrix ECC200, Databar, and QR codes. Capable of online printing of barcodes, 2D codes (Data Matrix), and GS1 codes.

Controller

The controller is the central component of the REA JET HR printer. High-quality construction with a robust stainless steel housing meeting IP65 standards.

The controller performs:
- connection with REA JET HR printheads
- central unit functionality
- external communication interfaces: USB, RS232, Ethernet
- operation, configuration, and data transfer from existing systems
- ink level monitoring and main print parameters

Marking head

The smart printhead with integrated memory offers tangible benefits:
- compact design, only 176mm in length
- simple and convenient cascading of printheads
- reliable cartridge exchange process with locking lever (automatic power-off)
- built-in product sensor
- carefully designed mounting options
- the head can be mounted on a special parallelogram that presses the head against the product
- reading and transmitting information to the controller (ink level and print parameters)

Cartridge

REA JET offers over 100 types of ink in HP-TIJ cartridges, with key advantages:
- Microchip included in each cartridge
- The chip ensures numerous advances: not just ink level and print parameter control, but also daily use improvements. It provides high operational reliability and consistently high print quality.
- When the cartridge is replaced (for a different product, for example), most major information is saved and automatically read when the cartridge is re-used. This includes the remaining print capacity, helping to avoid ink wastage.
