For sale: a complete, industrial, and fully automated production line for wood briquettes (sawdust briquettes), including packing system, palletizing, and pallet storage.

The line is designed for operation in a wood processing plant / briquette factory and enables comprehensive management of the process:
briquetting → packaging → palletizing → pallet wrapping → storage.

Sale only as a whole (no option to purchase individual components).

LINE / SET COMPONENTS

1) Briquetting presses – 4 units
• 4 × MALISZ RUF 800 briquetting press
• 2 units – year of manufacture: 2014
• 2 units – year of manufacture: 2016
• Intended for: industrial briquetting of sawdust / wood biomass
• Application: briquette production for wholesale and export

2) Packaging line
• MALISZ AVA 722/3L – year of manufacture: 2015
• Purpose: automatic packaging of briquettes after production in shrink wrap with automatic label application. Packs of 10 kg.

3) Automatic palletizing + wrapping
• EUTO palletizing machine
• Robot: ABB IRB 460-110
• Two-station system
• Integrated scale for control of briquette weight and quality
• Pallet stretch wrapper: ROBOPACK MASTERPLAT PGS – year 2019
• Purpose: stacking briquette packs on pallets + preparing pallets for transport

4) Pallet storage
• RUF roller conveyor pallet storage – 56 meters
• Purpose: transportation and buffering of finished pallets within the plant
