Description: A complete, high-capacity industrial refrigeration plant consisting of several integrated modules.

The complete line includes:

1. Screw Compressors:

- Sabroe SAB 83 (2004): Displacement 1603 m³/h, speed 3600 rpm, dimensions: 3900 x 1250 x 2150 mm.

- York Refrigeration SAB 83 (2001): Displacement 1331 m³/h, speed 2950 rpm, dimensions: 3150 x 1300 x 1600 mm. The set includes a 675 l pressure vessel (800 x 800 x 2150 mm).

- ABB Stal Refrigeration S26B (1994): Dimensions 1550 x 1450 x 2400 mm.

- Stal Refrigeration AB SVA26E (1991): Compressor type S26A-25, capacity 700 m³/h, dimensions: 1600 x 1000 x 2420 mm.

2. Separator tanks and pump stations:

- Stal-Astra NH3 Separator (1991): Insulated, capacity 4300 l, dimensions: 4100 x 1400 x 1400 mm, fitted with ammonia pumps.

- Stal-Astra NH3 Separator (1991): Insulated, capacity 3000 l, dimensions: 4100 x 1100 x 1100 mm, fitted with ammonia pumps.

3. Auxiliary equipment and control systems:

- Arctos ARLEX ND Deaerator (2018): Modern module enhancing R717 efficiency and safety, dimensions: 570 x 400 x 1100 mm.

- Main control panel: Extensive central unit, length 4.8 m, fitted with a modern Siemens HMI touch panel, dimensions: 4800 x 630 x 2200 mm.

- Rittal control cabinet: Equipped with WEG frequency inverter, dimensions: 1000 x 600 x 2280 mm.

This powerful refrigeration installation combines proven, high-capacity screw compressors from leading manufacturers. The inclusion of large, insulated separator tanks with integrated pumps ensures sufficient power reserve and system stability in ammonia circuits. Despite the different years of manufacture for individual components (from 1991 to 2018), the system forms a coherent whole, managed by an advanced control center with Siemens and WEG technology solutions.
