SARMAX APACHE 3

The APACHE 3 is a cost-effective solution for artisanal or industrial use, ideally suited for coating façade claddings and their substructures.

It is perfectly suited—without restrictions—for coating profiles of 300 mm x 25 mm, delivering exceptionally efficient and economical high-quality surfaces. Operators do not require any specialized prior knowledge to achieve excellent results.

The system can also be integrated into automated production lines or coating systems. It is designed for coating board materials, profiled boards, tongue-and-groove boards, rhomboid profiles, glulam, and construction timber, as well as decking boards, garden, log house, sauna, or privacy screens—essentially any product where a high-quality visible surface is required. Substructures (usually black) can also be coated with thin, highly pigmented stains with wood protection ingredients, even without side brushes.

The APACHE 3 distinguishes itself from standard market products due to its robust monoblock steel welded frame, and a coating cured via a baking process with highly resistant Teflon (enamel). This non-stick coating ensures self-cleaning operation and extremely low maintenance requirements.
