SCM IDM LEVEL HD

IDM Level HD is an industrial single-sided edge banding center designed for edge processing in standard furniture manufacturing applications.

The HD model belongs to machines with a more robust construction, suitable where stable edge banding quality is required at higher feed speeds.

This machine enables comprehensive processing of the workpiece in a single pass operation – from pre-milling through glue application to final edge finishing.
Thanks to its modular working group arrangement, the machine can process ABS / PVC edges as well as veneer.

The machine is used, fully cleaned, inspected, and ready for installation.

Technical equipment of the machine:

- Pre-milling unit – 2 counter-rotating motors for preparing the entry edge before banding
- Gluing unit – EVA glue pot with electronic temperature control
- Pressure zone – primary pressure roller plus subsequent pressure rollers
- End trimming saws (end trimming) – 2 motors for clean edge face cutting
- Upper and lower milling unit – copying and precise trimming of the ABS/PVC edge

- Front corner rounding unit – radius edge processing on panel corners
- Rear corner rounding unit – finishing the corners at workpiece exit
- Radius scrapers – final smoothing of the edge radius
- Flat scrapers – finishing planing for edge surfaces
- Buffing unit – 2 buffing wheels for final edge polishing
- Complete extraction system – connections for all working units
- Pneumatic presses and adjustments – workpiece stability and precise adjustment
- Manual fine adjustment – readout dials and micro-adjustments for exact settings
