Professional fully automatic packaging line from a renowned European manufacturer with a very high packaging capacity, consisting of three components: infeed conveyor, fully automatic film sealing machine, and high-performance shrink tunnel. The machines can be operated either together as a single unit or individually. Suitable, for example, for the packaging of food, technical items, printed and paper products, household goods and toys, as well as textiles.

Fully Automatic Film Sealing Machine 500 HSE:
- High packaging output due to two separate sealing processes (cross sealing with sealing bar and longitudinal sealing parallel to the conveying movement using a continuous feed sealing device): Up to 70 units/minute, i.e., 4200 units/hour.
- The film sealing machine is equipped with several monitoring sensors, light barriers and/or photocells for controlling the automatic process, as well as mechanically adjustable product guides. User-friendly control panel with extensive functions and setting options such as automatic and setup mode, 20 memory slots for different packaging formats, piece counter, packaging output calculation, multipack functions, communication features, password protection levels, and energy-saving functions.

- Maximum film roll diameter approx. 600 mm. The film can be perforated using four adjustable needle rings.

- Tunnel opening approx. 450 x 250 mm.
- Temperature adjustable on display from 85 to 200 °C.
- Automatic cooling function.
- Conveyor speed adjustable via display.
- Multiple deflection plates at the tunnel entrance and exit allow for adjustable hot airflows.
- Machine can be moved and locked in place via lockable castors.

Overall system dimensions: approx. length 5 m x width 1.5 m.
