Smipack FP 560 A / T 450

Professional automatic packaging system from a renowned European manufacturer, consisting of two components each with separate controls. The machines can therefore be operated together or individually. Suitable for packaging food products, technical items, printed and paper products, household goods and toys, as well as textiles, for example.

Automatic L-sealer Smipack FP 560 A:
- Automatic movement of the sealing frame.
- Automatic film waste rewinding.
- Automatic product discharge via the outfeed conveyor.
- Process start either manually via hand button or foot pedal. Alternatively, automatic process start by setting a time interval on the display.
- Conveyor belt height continuously adjustable via hand crank.
- Sealing frame approx. 580 x 420 mm.
- Sealing frame movement by electric motor.
- Water-cooled sealing unit (closed system).
- Maximum film roll diameter 300 mm.
- Maximum film width approx. 600 mm.
- Perforation possible via 2 adjustable needle rings.
- Film roll holder can be moved separately.
- Product infeed separately adjustable.
- Machine can be moved or locked in place by braked castors.

Shrink tunnel Smipack T 450:
- Tunnel opening approx. 450 x 250 mm.

- Temperature adjustable from 85 to 200 °C.
- Conveyor speed adjustable from 2.8 to 9.4 m/min.
- Hot air flows at the top and bottom can be adjusted separately via 4 air deflection units in the tunnel.
- Machine can be moved or locked in place by braked castors.

Overall system dimensions including roller conveyor approx.: Length 3.4 m x Width 0.9 m.

Multilingual documentation on CD with operating instructions, spare parts lists and circuit diagrams is included in the scope of delivery.

The system has been used very little and can be demonstrated under power.
