Extrusion Line No. 1 was designed for the production of cast films.
Processing of thermoplastics in a temperature range from 150–300°C.

Dryers 1–4 with 4,500-liter capacity; heating capacity 48 kW each
Dryer 5 with 2,500-liter capacity; heating capacity 20 kW
Dryer 6 with 1,500-liter capacity; heating capacity 15 kW
Each extruder is equipped with a gravimetric batch dosing system with 3 stations.
Each extruder is equipped with a melt pump and a dual-piston screen changer system.
