Açıklama
The KP 900 Automatic Crosscut Saw is an ideal solution for material preparation in pallet manufacturing and other wooden packaging products. On average, this saw is capable of processing 27–30 m³ of pallet cut stock per 8-hour shift, or approximately 20,000 pallet blocks, depending on the cross-sectional dimensions of the processed material. The saw can be operated by either one or two workers, depending on the type of material being processed, which is manually loaded into the machine.
Basic Cutting Modes:
1. Manual Mode:
Each cutting length is set by advancing the material using the buttons on the control panel or by entering the length value via the control panel dial. The cut is initiated by pressing a button on the display. This mode is suitable for individual sequential cuts.
2. Automatic Mode:
a) You set a single cutting dimension for the entire length of the input material. After starting the cut via foot pedal, the entire material is automatically cut to this preset value. Upon completion, the feeder returns to the preset input material length. This mode is suitable for the production of pallet blocks. The advantage is the quick transition between sizes when frequent changes of input material occur.
b) You set a desired combination of cutting dimensions for the whole length of the input material. When the cut is started via the foot pedal, the material is automatically cut to these combinations of lengths. After cutting is complete, the feeder returns to the preset length value. Up to 10 programs, each with up to 10 lengths, can be stored in the machine’s memory. Programs are very easy to overwrite, edit, insert or delete. By using this mode, you achieve high material yield, which is especially useful for the production of cuttings for a wide range of packaging products.

In automatic mode, automatic front and rear trim can be set.
The standard configuration of the saw is LEFT-oriented, i.e. material flow is from right to left.
The automatic infeed system is included in the basic configuration of the saw. It is a pusher unit that travels along a precision linear rail with bearings. This construction ensures long service life of the linear guidance and very accurate positioning of the workpiece for cutting.
Integrated side and top clamps ensure secure fixation of the material during cutting, both to the working table and to the rear stop. This guarantees that the cut is always precise and perpendicular, and prevents unwanted movement of the material.
A clear LCD touch screen provides easy and convenient machine operation. The individual controls are clearly visible, do not strain the operator’s eyes, and offer perfect overview. Maximum ergonomics and tailored software ensure complete control over the machine for the operator.
The infeed worktable before the saw provides the operator with a comfortable area for sorting and preparing material, which is then fed into the loading area. This eliminates operator downtime and labor-intensive material handling. The table has an 8° inclination and is equipped at the end with a safety flap to prevent material from being accidentally pushed out of the operator’s reach.
The standard fixed outfeed table, located after the saw, is two meters long and partially covered by the saw enclosure. Operators can safely collect cut material without being exposed to offcuts, chips, or risking injury from the saw blade. The table has an 8° inclination.
