The Mini FlowPack SVD is virtually the only device of its type on the market for packing both individual products and collective components such as parts, screws, etc. The machine is equipped with a special feed hopper and a mounting system for a film roll. The sealer forms a bag, sealing its side and top to enclose the product inside while simultaneously preparing the next package.

Make-Fill-and-Seal Bagging Machine

A special type of bag production machine is this manual, vertical flow-pack packaging machine. It is particularly suitable for packing seeds, granulates, screws, machine parts, or other bulk goods. It is not suitable for fine powders (flour and similar products). The bag width is 160 mm and the length can be adjusted between 100 and 190 mm. Suitable film: polyethylene, recommended thickness 40-60 µm. The machine allows for the production, filling, and closing of bags in three steps:

1. The bag is formed from a roll of film mounted on the machine.
2. The bag is filled via the dosing chute.
3. The filled bag is sealed and cut in one operation.
