Semi-automatic Depaneling / Base Machine with Parallel Shuttle
The dynamic LOW 4322 depaneling system is specifically designed for medium to high product volumes, meeting the increasing demands of modern production processes. PCB panels made from a wide range of materials are separated using dust-minimizing and low-stress sawing and milling techniques for maximum product flexibility, precision, and throughput. High-dynamic linear motor axes, precision tools, and advanced grippers meet the highest quality standards and guarantee long service life and reliability.

Semi-Automatic Depaneling – Tailored Solutions
The LOW 4322 allows rapid product changeovers while maintaining minimal separation and handling times. Panel insertion is performed using a parallel shuttle, with secure positioning and clamping achieved via pin clamping technology, optionally supported by vacuum suction cups if required.
This machine is equipped with:
• A shaft and disc tool separation module on the Z-axis (automatically rotatable 0-90°)
• X-Y cross-stitch module with linear motor technology and high-resolution measurement system
• Dual loading module designed as a parallel shuttle, separated left and right with sliding doors
• Steel-welded frame with two maintenance doors – left and right. Powder-coated RAL 9002
• Standard vision system base module for teach-in programming (camera area 400 x 330 mm)
• Working area of 420 x 330 mm
• Automatic milling cutter length compensation (only in conjunction with shaft separation module)
• Remote maintenance/support via remote connection (TeamViewer) or customer-provided solution
• Touch IPC with Windows 10 operating system
• Laser axis measurement including protocol
• Air ionization
• Milling cutter breakage detection (for shaft cutters only)
• Prepared for vacuum clamping technology
• Powder-coated RAL 9002, ESD window and sliding doors

A dust extraction unit can be retrofitted as an option.
The high performance of the depaneling system—featuring standard saw or milling modules, fully automatic cutter length compensation, vision-assisted teach-in camera system, and two easily loaded PCB fixtures—can be further tailored with numerous customer-specific adaptations and features (such as camera vision systems). Precise laser axis measurement prior to commissioning is a standard part of the individual customer service for all inline and stand-alone depaneling systems from Systemtechnik Hölzer.
