The seller is selling the used screen printing machine, including any associated accessories and ancillary equipment, in its current technical and optical condition. The machine is used.

The buyer had the opportunity to inspect the machine and assess its condition before concluding the contract. The sale is therefore made with warranty for material defects excluded. The machine is sold "as inspected and under exclusion of any warranty".

The seller does not guarantee the condition, performance, operating time, marketability, or suitability of the machine for any particular purpose, unless expressly and in writing declared as guaranteed qualities.
