At the heart of the machine is the high-performance double-deck Spaleck screening box.
The stepped top deck design combined with the flip-flop mat system on the lower deck makes this unit unique in today’s market.
Due to the special construction, material being screened on the 3D top deck is sufficiently turned and loosened.
The advantage of this machine lies in its ability to screen fine, sticky materials such as concrete aggregates, coal, wet sand, and so on.
Even material flows with larger pieces can be screened effectively with this type of screening deck.
