Measure viscosity precisely with the Thermo Falling Ball Viscometer—operation requires no electricity, just a stopwatch.

Designed for highly accurate measurement of the viscosity of transparent Newtonian fluids and gases.

Measuring Principle:
A ball moves by rolling and sliding inside an inclined cylindrical tube filled with the sample liquid. The time it takes for the ball to traverse a defined measuring distance is recorded. The test piece can be tilted to utilize the ball’s return run for measurement as well.

The measurement result is displayed as dynamic viscosity in mPas.
