Automatic Packing Line FARMALINE with highly precise dosing systems for liquids or powders, combined through a shared section dedicated to labelling and packaging. The entire technological process is connected by a single conveyor system allowing for alternating operating modes. Pharmaceutical-grade finishing – all components in contact with the product are made from materials approved for pharmaceutical use (e.g. AISI 316L, PTFE), ensuring easy cleaning. 100% process control is ensured through detection and rejection systems for defective products at each stage. Integrated production management system (3 access levels, production orders, operating parameters, process reporting). The operational speed in both modes is 25 packages per minute.

The packing line can be supplied with or without a combination weigher.

Automatic Combination Weigher for dispensing bulk products. Top-feed and subsequent portioning through 14 weighing cells, with each cycle selecting a combination that sums up to the target product weight. Exceptionally high accuracy owing to precision weighing cells (individual cell error: +/-0.025g).
