For sale are two Viessmann Vitocrossal 200 CM2B gas condensing boilers, each with a nominal output of 246 kW. Both boilers were installed in 2017 and are in excellent condition. The units have been serviced regularly and have been in use for only eight years. Due to the switch to district heating in the property, the boilers are now available. They are already decommissioned and fully disconnected from the system.
