Description:

Rigid steel construction for high machine stability. Workpiece feed via sliding transport chain with plastic plates. Upper pressure unit equipped with two rows of rubber-coated rollers. Manual adjustment of the upper pressure with automatic positioning of the units according to the changed workpiece thickness. Mechanical digital display for panel thickness. PLC control for on/off operation of the motor and the glue pot. Glue pot with stand-by temperature control. Start/stop function for all motors. End trimming unit for edge material up to 3 mm. Joining cutter in front of the gluing station, for preparing the workpiece edge for glue application. With adjustable stop at the infeed.

With two motors for trimming a radius or bevel, top, bottom, and/or at the front edge. Vertical and horizontal motor adjustment on hardened steel guide rails and ball bearings. Three manually adjustable positions for different edge thicknesses. Motor not tiltable. Unit comes complete with WIDIA cutters for 2/3 mm.
