About this model:
Our ProfilineLP is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper that guarantees consistently reliable results with up to 32 storable programs, thus eliminating the "human factor". Compact like a pallet wrapper with a horseshoe turntable and as robust as a closed system – these are the key advantages of this machine!
The electromagnetic brake enables precise adjustment and storage of film tension in each program step (bottom wrap, upward wrapping, top wrap, downward wrapping). Additionally, you can set the speed of the film carriage and turntable within each program. The number of top and bottom wraps as well as the film overlap at the pallet edges can also be stored per program. This allows you to create tailored programs for each packing scheme, always achieving optimal wrapping results. Programs can be password-protected, so that users can only select from the predefined programs.
With a weight of 500 kg, this model is designed for loads up to 1,200 kg. Our Profiline LP features a 1,650 mm turntable and, as standard, can wrap pallets up to 2,500 mm in height. Automatic pallet detection (via photoelectric cell) and adjustable top and bottom wraps come as standard.
