Our Profiline TP is a semi-automatic stretch wrapper that guarantees consistently reliable results with up to 32 storable programs, effectively eliminating the "human factor."

Thanks to the electromagnetic brake, the film tension can be precisely stored for each program in the various wrapping phases (bottom wraps, upward wrapping, top wraps, downward wrapping).

Within these programs, you can also adjust the speed of the film carriage and the turntable. Top wraps, bottom wraps, and film overlap at the end of the pallet can also be stored individually for each program. This allows you to create custom settings for every packing pattern, allowing you to achieve optimal wrapping results. Programs can be password-protected, so the operator can only select from the stored programs.

With a weight of 420 kg, this model is designed for loads up to 1,200 kg.

Our Profiline TP features a 1,650 mm turntable and can wrap pallets up to 2,500 mm in height as standard. Automatic pallet detection (via photocell) comes as standard, as do adjustable top and bottom wraps. If you need to relocate the wrapper, it can be easily lifted and moved by forklift using integrated cut-outs.
