Bodywork:
• Execution of all chassis modifications necessary for crane mounting, including disassembly and reassembly of attachments, exhaust system, tanks, etc. Frame adaption as required.
• All chassis and bodywork are carried out in accordance with the bodybuilder guidelines of the respective chassis manufacturer and executed to the highest quality standards.
• Complete assembly of a custom-designed and in-house manufactured special subframe made of high-tensile fine-grained steel for the crane and body. The fully welded and bolted subframe guarantees extreme torsional rigidity and optimal crane vehicle stability. Unique selling point is the subframe design. Manufactured to the highest quality standards and painted in chassis color.
• Mounting/bolting of the crane and main stabilizer to the subframe. Installation of all hydraulic and electric connections. Installation position: front.

• Platform design as removable steel/welded construction.
• Length approx. 380 cm, width approx. 248 cm.
• Platform structure painted. Color shade according to RAL (chassis color).
• Removable aluminum drop sides, Suer brand, height 600 mm, anodized design with step plates, removable king-pin stakes.
• Standard platform floor with welded 4 mm steel chequer plate, painted in RAL (chassis color).
• 6 recessed lashing rings (2,500 daN each side), mounted in perforated profile for flexible positioning.
• 4 chain lashing points 6,500 daN (2 at the front and 2 at the rear of the body).
• Robust front wall consisting of welded frame, 4 mm welded steel plate, 5 accessory hooks, front wall height approx. 1,300 mm, painted steel design with 2 folding lashing eyes for tie-down straps, welded.
• Cladding panels and mudguards made from aluminum chequer plate (sandblasted, powder-coated, and painted) – please specify RAL shades.
• 2 toolboxes, BROSSBOX, aluminum chequer plate design (sandblasted, powder-coated, and painted). Please specify RAL shades. Size and arrangement depend on wheelbase and available installation space.
• 1 toolbox, BROSSBOX, installed between crane and front wall.
• Multifix stake pockets, 2 rows (as agreed), with approx. 80 cm distance from front wall and rear.
• Mounts (for stabilizer pads, crane plates) made of galvanized steel.
• Auxiliary stabilizer mounted under the chassis.
• Installation of a rear underrun protection system and auxiliary stabilizer, including hydraulic and electrical connections.
• Duomatic and red/yellow air connections at the front for the semi-trailer and at the rear for trailers.

New crane, type FASSI F545 RA 2.27, endless rotation, completely mounted, installed, and parameterized, with 7 hydraulic extensions and JIB L214 with 4 hydraulic extensions.

• 5 crane outrigger pads with brackets, positioned according to production drawing.
