MODE OF OPERATION
The system is suitable for the proportioning (metering) and mixing of two- or multi-component products.
An electronic control system monitors and regulates the specified mixing ratio. The base paint flows continuously, and the control system mixes the necessary amount of hardener (in timed intervals) via a valve.
The flow rate of the base paint and hardener is measured with flow meter cells. With plunger pumps, stroke sensors can also be used.
The components and cleaning agents are supplied by feed pumps.

Color Selection
The mixing ratios, pot life, etc., are stored in recipes. The color can be changed by simply switching recipes.

For low to medium pressure (32.5 MPa; 325 bar; 4714 psi).
2K COMFORT XL for high pressure (53 MPa; 530 bar; 7687 psi).

Modular design – can be configured according to customer requirements.

Electronic accuracy in metering ensures consistent quality.

Processing of water-based 2K materials is also possible, as all material-contacting parts are suitable for this purpose – for example, made of stainless steel.

The fluid component of the Ex version is suitable for use in potentially explosive areas (Zone 1 and 2).

Many displays of the functions are language-independent and use simple symbols. Text is displayed in the selected language.

Consumption overview for each component and for cleaning agents, VOC documentation.

Storage of the last 700 error messages with date and time.

Safety through continuous monitoring of system parameters, informing the operator when even the smallest malfunctions occur and, if necessary, automatically interrupting production.

Protection of parameters by security code. Settings can be saved on a USB stick.

Electronic adjustment of the mixing ratio between 0.1:1 and 50:1.

Up to 100 work recipes. (Also with robot communication or Profibus.)

Possibility of two separate fluid circuits:
– for simultaneous operation,
– for quick color changes,
– or to separate two incompatible 2K materials from each other (e.g., PUR and epoxy paints).

Programmable cleaning recipes to save up to 60% of cleaning agents compared to conventional systems.

Fully automatic control and monitoring for 1–4 guns.

Compatibility with solvent-based and water-based products, as well as selective automatic cleaning with water and/or solvents.
