WATKISS BookMaster

The BookMaster brochure machine and the TrimMaster front trimmer combine maximum performance with cost efficiency. They are easy to operate and require minimal maintenance, making them by far the most advanced, user-friendly, and reliable saddle-stitch brochure machines on the market. The BookMaster features a unique stapling mechanism that ensures nearly maintenance-free operation. The main wear parts are integrated into the staple cartridge and are replaced automatically every 5,000 cycles when changing the cartridge. This allows for over one million cycles before the stapling head requires servicing. The BookMaster has manual adjustments for page margins, end offset, and staple/fold position.

The TrimMaster cutting unit is equipped with a single, self-sharpening blade made of hardened steel for precise trimming of the book’s front edge. All trimming waste is transported outside the machine to an external collection bin, allowing for continuous operation.

Finished brochures are transferred onto a high-performance delivery belt.
