Used in the production of: - Furniture panels - Worktops - Structural elements - Solid wood battens and blanks D) Personnel and Number of Operators The GRECON HS 120 line with ABB automatic loading (2 pallet stations, alternating operation) requires only 1 operator. E) Production Process 1. Pallets of pre-sorted wood elements are moved to the loading cell. 2. The ABB robot picks elements from pallets and feeds them onto the GRECON HS 120 line’s belt magazine. 3. The line mills male and female finger joints on the elements in throughfeed. 4. Automatic gluing station applies glue (quality controlled by GlueEye Vision system). 5. Pre-joining station joins elements to the required length. 6. Cross-cut saw trims the finger jointed lamella to size and feeds it to the press. 7. The press holds the product until the glue has fully cured. 8. Finished finger-jointed lengths are set down on the scissor lift, quality-checked, and transported to the roller rack warehouse.
