Seat Test Fixture with Steel Structure for Mounting and Securing on the Climate Test Chamber, incl.:

• 2 pneumatic weight lifting devices (150 mm stroke) for specimen change, 12 weights each weighing 5 kg
• 1 subframe in standard steel welded construction for fastening to the underside of the climate test chamber. This frame is equipped on all sides with removable panels and has 2 hinged doors for eccentricity adjustment. These doors are fitted with safety switches.
• 2 eccentric disks with bearings and tachometer
• 2 connecting rods, 2 ball guides
• 2 perforated mounting tables, 20 mm grid, 650 x 650 mm, for connecting test specimens, made of aluminum, minimum thickness 10 mm
• 2 perforated mounting plates, 20 mm grid, 200 x 200 mm, for connection of buttock simulation
• 2 load rods ø 60 mm made of stainless steel (connection to the specimen is not included in our price but can be quoted separately based on exact requirements)
• 2 three-phase motors, 2 belt drives with tensioning units
• 1 pneumatic control unit with 2 hand valves, filter-regulator unit, and shut-off valve
• 1 electrical control cabinet with 2 SEW frequency converters, hand switch, emergency stop push button, 2 on-pushbuttons, 2 off-pushbuttons, 2 speed indicators, 2 potentiometers for speed adjustment, 2 preselection load change counters with zero position and shut-off
