Single Column Lift as a Versatile Solution

The initial modular system stage is the ESL, or "Single Column Lift." The name says it all: the ESL is a lift system with a single lifting column that raises a load platform. The ESL has a standard load capacity of 500 kg.

The standard load platform has an internal dimension of 1000 mm x 1600 mm (external dimension 1100 mm x 1700 mm) and accommodates a Euro pallet with pallet truck. It features a flat floor (15 mm thick, with an entry ramp at the loading side of the lowest floor), allowing easy access with no need for a floor recess. The load compartment is 1100 mm high and constructed from robust welded mesh.

The ESL is supplied as a fully enclosed, self-operating lift system as standard. Each floor is equipped with matching landing doors and all necessary fixed machine-guard mesh enclosures. The landing doors are system-integrated and can only be opened when the load platform is positioned at the relevant floor, thanks to electric safety locks.
