WINTR VERTICAL 2-HEAD BANDSAW MILL – V2KB-480

The vertical 2-head bandsaw mill type 480 TWIN has been designed for high-performance processing of stacked timber as well as thin round logs. The machine allows for simultaneous double-sided cutting of cants from round material, preparing it for further processing.

The 480 TWIN model is used as the initial element of a technological line for cutting and edging logs, particularly in the production of pallet components. Thanks to the use of two saw heads, two working cuts with high dimensional accuracy can be performed simultaneously. The construction is based on a robust steel frame, a precise bandsaw guide system, and a feed system with continuously variable feed rate. Hydraulic band tensioning ensures optimal working conditions for the saw bands and a stable cutting process.
