WRAVOR WRC 1250 horizontal sawmill with solid flywheels, reinforced 17-meter frame for 12-meter cutting length.

Loading deck for feeding the saw bench and an 8-meter roller outfeed conveyor: these two systems are also available as options.

Hydraulic equipment (log clamps, turners, and centering devices), standalone control panel, SIEMENS + WRAVOR cutting software, Joysticks. Sawdust extraction/disposal system along the entire chassis via overhead piping and hydraulic arm.

The length of the saw bench is adjustable to match the maximum log length (with additional chassis equipment).

Robust construction, main frame made from special wear-resistant material (ensuring long service life).

* Quick log centering system – central on the chassis – using hydraulic angles or hydraulic centering devices (movable left/right, up/down).

* Double-cylinder hydraulic clamp axes move up/down and left/right to firmly secure the log at every point, regardless of its shape.

* Hydraulic rollers – adjustable individually or simultaneously, move up/down, and can rotate – to level the log on the frame, advance/retreat the log, and to transfer the final board/beam from the sawmill to the outfeed conveyor (or another direction).

* Hydraulic generator feed – three power supply options, with or without frequency inverter.

Optional cable head feed: more robust, higher precision, and easy replacement in case of cable fraying.
