ZERMA GSL 180

The ZERMA GSL series beside-the-press granulators, models 180/120 to 180/430, have been developed as slow-running machines specifically for injection molding applications. They feature a rotor diameter of 180 mm and working widths ranging from 120 to 430 mm. The rotor is driven directly by a gear motor. The special rotor knives can be resharpened multiple times.

Material is fed through a noise-reduced feed hopper constructed in a sandwich design, which is available in various versions depending on the type of feeding. Depending on the application, the granulators of this series are mounted on either a low or high base frame and completed with the appropriate extraction/outlet chute. Together with numerous options, these granulators offer extremely flexible use.

In addition to the usual benefits of all slow-running machines—such as low noise emissions and virtually dust-free granulate—the GSL 180/120 to GSL 180/430 granulators are particularly notable for their knife, rotor, and quick-snap system, as well as their excellent accessibility.
