This is a robust machine operated by air and 220V, plug and play! It is perfectly suited for filling small batches. A very small compressor is sufficient to power the machine and can be supplied if required.

The filling machine is equipped with a 500ml cylinder, allowing a maximum fill volume of 500ml per stroke. By running multiple strokes, larger volumes can easily be filled. The minimum fill per stroke is 50ml, so any amount between 50ml and 500ml can be dosed in one stroke.

A large 25L hopper is included. Optionally, you can connect the machine to an IBC or a 200L drum for even faster operation with larger fill volumes. The machine is equipped with a foot pedal and an automatic mode. In automatic mode, the machine continually dispenses product, allowing for fast and efficient filling of larger quantities. Using the foot pedal, you can fill at your own pace.

Depending on the operator and the fill volume (ML), between 15–25 units per minute can be filled, making this a very fast machine. The machine weighs approximately 15–20 kg and can easily be placed on a table. Constructed entirely from stainless steel, it is a very high-quality, durable machine.
