This is a very robust machine, operating on compressed air and 220V. Plug and Play! It is extremely suitable for filling small batches. Even a very small compressor is sufficient to operate the machine, and one can be supplied if required.

The filling machine is equipped with a 500ml cylinder, allowing a maximum fill of 500ml per stroke. By operating multiple strokes, larger volumes can easily be filled. The smallest possible fill per stroke is 50ml, so any quantity between 50 and 500ml can be dispensed in a single stroke.

The machine features a large 25L hopper, and it is also possible to connect directly to an IBC or a 200L drum for faster operation with large filling quantities. The machine comes with both a foot pedal and an automatic mode. In automatic mode, it continuously fills, allowing for easy and quick handling of larger quantities. With the foot pedal, the operator can fill at their own pace.

Depending on the operator and the volume per unit, the machine can fill between 15-25 units per minute, making it a very fast solution. The machine weighs approximately 15 to 20 kg and can easily be placed on a table. Manufactured entirely from stainless steel, it is a very high-quality machine.
